You can ask us to delete your Rancho Labs parent app account and the personal data held with it. This page explains how, what is removed, and what we are obliged to keep.
How to request deletion
Email info@rancholabs.com with the subject “Delete my Rancho Labs app account”, from the email address you sign in with.
Or message us on WhatsApp at +91 81305 48499, or speak to your centre.
We confirm within 30 days. Sending the request from the address you sign in with is what lets us confirm it is you — if you cannot, we will ask you to verify another way before anything is deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your app account — the email address it is identified by, and your ability to sign in.
- Every signed-in session, on every device.
- Our record of when you agreed to the app's terms and privacy policy.
What we keep, and why
Deleting your app account ends your access to the app. It does not delete your child's enrolment at a centre, and there are records we are required to keep:

| Enrolment and attendance records | They belong to the child's enrolment at the centre, not to the app account. Ask your centre to remove these. |
| Fee and payment records | Retained for as long as accounting and tax law requires. |
To ask us to delete your child's enrolment records as well, say so in the same message and we will treat it as one request.
If you only want to stop using the app
You do not have to delete anything. Logging out from the Account tab removes the sign-in credentials from that device and ends the session. You can sign in again whenever you like.
