Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Rancho Labs mobile app, published by Ranchovation Labs Pvt Ltd (“Rancho Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which operates robotics, coding and AI learning centres in Delhi-NCR.

By using the app you agree to these terms. You confirm that by ticking the box on the sign-in screen before you request a code. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

0. This app is still being built

Rancho Labs is in active development, and these terms describe something that is changing week to week.

  • Features appear, change and disappear as we build them.
  • Whole sections can be switched off by your centre while the data behind them is not ready — so the app may show less than you expect, and that is deliberate rather than a fault.
  • We may update these terms and the privacy policy at any time. The date at the top is the version you are reading; where a change is significant we will tell you in the app and ask you to agree again before you continue.

Please treat what you see as a work in progress, and tell your centre when something looks wrong — during this phase that is genuinely useful to us.

1. Who can use the app

The app is for families with a child currently enrolled at a Rancho Labs centre.

  • Parents and guardians sign in with the email address recorded on their child’s enrolment, and a six-digit code we send to it. You must be 18 or over to use the app.
  • There is no separate parent account — the address on a child’s record is the identity — so one address may open more than one child where siblings are enrolled. Your centre decides which children an address can open, and can switch that on or off at any time.
  • Children do not sign in. The app has no child-facing account or login; it shows a child’s records to their parent or guardian.

The app is not intended for anyone without an active enrolment.

2. Accounts and sign-in

The app has no sign-up. Accounts are created by your centre as part of enrolment; you cannot register inside the app, and we do not offer self-service account creation.

Signing in depends on your email inbox: we send a six-digit code to the address on your child’s record, and anyone who can read that inbox can sign in. Keep access to it secure, and do not pass the code on. Please tell your centre promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to your account.

You can end a session by logging out from the Account tab. Your centre can also withdraw access — for one child or for all of them — and the app will sign you out of those records the next time it contacts us.

3. What the app does

The app is a read-only window onto the records your centre already holds — your child’s class schedule, attendance, and progress through the session plan.

Which of those actually appear depends on what your centre has switched on and on what we have built so far; a section that is off does not appear at all rather than showing an empty screen.

Your centre’s records are the source of truth. We work to keep the app accurate and up to date, but if something shown in the app disagrees with your centre’s records, the centre’s records prevail. If something looks wrong, please contact your centre.

Class timings, instructors, session topics and centre locations can change. The app reflects those changes as your centre records them; it does not by itself confirm, book or guarantee a place in any class.

4. Memberships, sessions and fees

Memberships, session packages and flex hours are purchased at a centre or online, outside this app. The app does not sell anything and does not take payments.

What you are entitled to — session counts, flex hours, validity, make-up classes, transfers, refunds and cancellations — is governed by the enrolment terms and fee schedule agreed with your centre, not by these terms. The app does not currently show membership or flex-hour balances at all; ask your centre for those.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the app only to view your own family’s information. You agree not to:

  • access, or try to access, an account or records that are not your own;
  • share your sign-in details, or use someone else’s;
  • interfere with, disrupt, probe or attempt to breach the app or our systems;
  • copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its content, except as the law allows;
  • use the app for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users, our staff or our centres.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw the app or any of its features at any time — for example to fix problems, improve it, or because a programme has changed. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or uninterrupted, and access may depend on your device, operating system version and internet connection.

We may stop supporting older versions of the app. Keeping the app updated helps make sure it keeps working.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, text, graphics, logos and course material are owned by Rancho Labs or our licensors and are protected by law. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app while your child is enrolled, for the purposes described in these terms. Nothing here transfers any ownership to you.

Projects and work your child creates in class remain theirs.

8. Links to other services

The app can open WhatsApp (to message our support team) and Google Maps (to show a centre’s location). Those are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles and why. The app carries no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking, and we never use a child’s data for profiling or targeted advertising.

10. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your device, your network, or a third-party service the app links to.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under India’s consumer protection laws that cannot be limited by agreement.

11. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for:

  • loss that was not foreseeable;
  • a class being changed, rescheduled or missed — your centre’s enrolment terms cover that;
  • your failure to keep sign-in details private.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability connected with the app is limited to the fees you paid to your centre for the enrolment the app relates to, over the 12 months before the claim.

12. Suspension and ending access

Access to the app follows enrolment and is granted per child by your centre. When a child’s enrolment ends, or when your centre withdraws app access for that child, their records stop appearing — which can happen to one child while your other children remain visible. We may suspend or withdraw access if these terms are broken, if we suspect a security problem, or if we are required to by law. You can stop using the app at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and its data as described in the privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

While the app is in active development we may update these terms at any time, and expect to do so often. The date at the top shows the current version, and where a change is significant we will tell you in the app and ask you to agree again before you continue. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the consumer protection law that applies to you gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
